I’m working on a few quilts for Cathy L.  I just took this crayon quilt off the quilting machine. The quilting design is Ginger Hearts by Apricot Moon. The batting is Hobbs 80/20. This has a variegated thread on top & a solid orange thread on the back. The small wave pieces are  appliquéd on with a blanket stitch. This is a really cute child’s quilt.

I’ll share another quilt of Cathy’s that I’m working on. It is a modern quilt.  The quilting design is called African Samba. It is a great Geometric quilting design for many types of quilts.  Here are a couple photos of the quilting in process. I’ll post photos of the finished quilt when its completed.
