Susan did a great job making these t-shirt quilts. She chose a couple designs from Apricot Moon called Ginger Flower #1 and Ginger Snap #2. The batting is Hobbs 80/20 and green and grey threads. You can see how on a high print backing with blending thread color the texture of the quilting still shows. Great grad presents and dorm quilts!

This is Kathy’s Take 5 quilt. The quilting design is Ocean Froth, green thread & Hobbs 80/20 batting.

Kathy made these holiday mini quilts. The first is a reindeer that will get additional decorations sewn to the surface of the quilt. The design is again Ocean Froth, the size of the design reduced to go well with the size of the mini quilt.

The holiday wreath is quilted with a design called Fronds. The design was also reduced in size to fit the quilt proportionately. What a great idea to get the holiday work done early!

This is Maryann’s flannel baby quilt with Minky backing fabric. Its very soft and cuddly. The quilting design is Lightly Flowered by Ann Bright, batting is Hobbs 80/20 white and the thread is pink. The prints in her fabrics are really cute!

We’ve had a particularly wet number of days in Michigan. It only seems appropriate to show you some water meandering. Marlene’s Quilt is adorned with lots of appliquéd butterflies. The quilting uses lime green thread, Hobbs 80/20 batting, and a pretty batik fabric backing.

I also got the binding finished on my charity quilt for guild. Toot-toot!! Man was the print on that binding fabric hard to see.

Martha’s beautiful bargello quilt. Curly Weave designs by Karen Thompson, Varigated thread, Hobbs 80/20 batting. Look closely to see the city scape on the left.

This is the twin of my last post. The design is regular image, not mirrored. The design is the same by Natalia Majors, Modern Flower, same thread, & wool batting.

Goodies his and her’s quilts. Pretty pastel prints, quilting design Natalie Major’s Modern Flower, golden color thread, Hobbs wool batting. These quilts are so soft.

This is the phrase I say a lot during the course of a week. It can come in a phone message, email, text, or today in my blog post. Then I ask to schedule a time and day for customers to come at pick up their finished quilt. Of course they usually still need to do the binding so it’s not truly finished without the binding.
This is Connie’s mystery quilt. The quilting design is called Fluid Meander by Kristen Hoftyzer (giving credit to the digital designer), batting is Quilters Dream Select and she chose a yellow thread. Another pretty quilt by Connie, oh & Connie, your quilt is ready. 🙂

Here are some photos of Jo’s colorful Dream Catcher Quilt. Quilting design is Garden Path, batting is Hobbs 80/20 and thread is King Tut Arabian Nights variegated. The backing is white muslin with teal color thread.
